1 chicken
5-6 tbsp chilli paste
4-5 tbsp tomato sauce
2 stalks serai
2cm ginger
7 shallots
4 pips garlic
2 big onions
2 tsp kunyit powder
salt to taste
Method
1. Cut chicken into eight to 10 pieces. Wash and drain. Rub chicken pieces with kunyit powder and salt. Fry chicken until cooked. Drain and leave aside.
