1 chicken
2 coconuts, grated
10 shallots
5 pips garlic
1 stalk serai
2cm fresh kunyit
2cm lengkuas
2cm ginger
1/2 tsp pepper
2 kunyit leaves
2 limau purut leaves
2 buah keras (candle nuts)
salt to taste
Method
1. Wash whole chicken and drain.
