Ingredients
1 bawal (promfret), fried
3 onions, pounded
2 garlics, pounded
15 pepper corns, pounded
6 chillies, pounded
2 stalks serai, pounded
Coconut milk from 1 coconut
Daun sup

Method
1. Fry all ingredients in oil except for coconut milk till aromatic.
2. Add coconut milk and keep on frying till dry. Add fried fish and daun sup.
